Printed books with Errors or Damage

If you ordered printed products and they arrived with any problems, please let us know your order number and title of the products. 

If there was some error either in the printing of the product, or something that happened in shipment, please send us pictures of the issue along with a picture of the packaging (if damaged) as well with the batch numbers for the book.  The batch numbers can be found on the back side of the last page the printed book. It will be six numbers, two letters, 5 numbers and a letter (example 123456ab12345c).  The batch number in the image below is the large number at the bottom:


Once we receive your response we can get a new order placed for you.

If the product is usable and you'd rather have something else, just let us know the above information and we can get you account credit in the amount of the purchase price which you can then use toward any future purchase.
